The performance of high pressure flange products:

1. Corrosion-resistant ceramics are neutral materials with stable chemical properties, excellent corrosion resistance and acid resistance, and are resistant to various inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, etc. Its corrosion resistance is more than ten times that of stainless steel. High pressure flanges are mainly used in places with strong pressure resistance. Generally above 10 pressure, called high pressure.

2. Wear resistance: The content of Al2O3 in the ceramic layer of the lining of the ceramic composite steel pipe is more than 95%, and the microhardness is HV1000-1500, so it has extremely high wear resistance, which is more than ten times higher than that of quenched medium carbon steel and better than carbonization. Tungsten.

The difference between high pressure flange and ordinary flange: the acceptable pressure of high pressure flange and ordinary flange is different. High-pressure flanges are used to connect pipes or equipment with a pressure higher than 10MPa. High pressure flange production technology:

1. The stamping production efficiency is high, the operation is convenient, and it is conducive to mechanization and automation. Because stamping is done by stamping dies and stamping equipment. Usually the number of strokes of the press is dozens of times per minute, and the high-speed pressure is more than hundreds of times per minute, and stamped parts can be obtained in each stroke.

2. Stamping parts can be processed into various complex parts. Coupled with the cold deformation and hardening of the material during stamping, the stamping strength and rigidity are relatively high, which ensures the stability of the stamping parts in use.

3. The press usually produces no debris, consumes less material, and does not require other heating equipment. It is a material-saving and energy-saving processing method, and the cost of stamping parts is low.
