1. Select blanking and enter the next process after completion. Different stainless steel workpieces enter the corresponding process according to the processing requirements;
2. When bending, the tools and grooves used for bending should be determined according to the drawing size and the thickness of the 304 stainless steel seamless steel pipe. Avoiding the collision and deformation of the product and the tool is the key to the selection of the upper die (in the same product, different types of upper dies can be used), and the selection of the lower die should be determined according to the thickness of the sheet.
3. In order to weld firmly, a bump is punched on the workpiece to be welded, so that the bump is evenly contacted with the plate before electrified welding to ensure consistent heating at each point. At the same time, the welding position can also be determined. Soldering is necessary.
